Inner Balance Holistic Centre was officially set up in April 2011.

Amy has been practicing,  exploring and researching different forms of Holistic/Complimentary Healthcare since 2009. She has attended over 30 training's & lectures and is continually expanding her knowledge in the Holistic Field.

Trained with the Holistic Centre of Excellence, International Bodytalk Assoc, Loesje Jacob Full Circle, Nordic School of Holistic Medicine, ITEC and the Irish Reflexology Assoc.

She is a member of ARCHTI which is Ireland’s leading pan therapy assoc, a member of the Irish Reflexology Assoc & the International Bodytalk Assoc.
